A new report by the Office of Mortgage Settlement Oversight has been released. The report shows that from March through September, more than 300,000 borrowers received $26.11 billion in consumer relief. The report highlights the successful efforts of Bank of America but reveals that further efforts must be made in order to assist Californians in need of relief.
A new study from Fannie Mae suggests that many Americans fail to do their homework when considering mortgage options, creating problems for both borrowers and lenders.
